STANDARD RIDGE TILE – Standard ridge moulds can be supplied with Parry plants.  They are made on a fixed mould set for a roof pitch of 22 degrees and can produce either two small ridges from a Roman II/Pantile machine or a simple large ridge from Super Roman/Semi Sheet machines.

The ridge moulds can be
stacked to save space.

Overlapping Vari-Angle Ridge Tile – This product is more flexible and able to deal with a great variety of roofing designs.  The tiles are produced on a hinged mould with inserts to create an overlapping effect between ridge tiles.  These tiles can be made at any angle to suit various ridges and hips.

Top Row Tile (Dry Ridge) - A special tool is supplied to modify the tiles used in the top row of the roof by filling the channel, thereby providing a flat surface for the ridge tile to rest upon.

Standard Hip Tile – A modified ridge mould for hips and low-angle roofs.

Valley Tile – A special mould is available to produce a thick valley tile, an alternative to using steel flashing.

Edge Tile –  A special fitting is available for Roman II/Pantile tiles to enable them to overlap the edges of a roof giving a superior appearance and protection to the timber structure. 

Super Roman and Semi Sheet tiles provide a measure of overlap, but special edge tiles can be supplied if required.

Double  Nib Tile – For exposed edges of roofs, it is recommended that double nib tiles are used.  These are produced on a standard machine with an additional special tool for double nib fixings.  The special tiles can be attached to both the upper and lower battens making them secure in extreme weather conditions.
