The equipment needed to produce the above elements comprises:-
1) A large format vibrating table (electric or hand-powered)
2) Waffle setting moulds 600mm square
3) Precasting skirt (attaches to the vibrating table to form the waffles)
4) Setting forms for column top slabs 600mm square
6) Precasting skirt for column top slabs
7) 2-piece steel mould for producing temporary concrete brackets 4 at a time
8) Set of production accessories

The quantity of elements produced each day is controlled by the number of moulds supplied and the labour hours available.

A typical High and Dry plant consists of:

1. Vibrating machine plus attachments
2. 20-30 Waffle setting moulds
3. 4-5 Column top slab setting forms
4. 1 steel mould for column blocks
