NON-STRUCTURAL CELLULAR PANEL MOULD

This sequence of pictures show the non-structural cellular panel mould in use. Click on any image for a larger version, then close the window to return to this page.

1.		The Non-structural Cellular Panel Mould before use.
2.		Cement mix is put into the mould and is vibrated using the Multivibe.
3.		Excess mix is carefully taken off to give a smooth finish.
4.		Mixture is levelled off.
5.		End plugs are taken out of the mould, ready to roll the mould over and see how the product has turned out.
6.		The mould is turned over.
7.		Preparing to lift off the base of the mould.
8.		The base of the mould is lifted off.
9.		The mould skirt is taken off.
